Information we collect
CablePeak collects the contact, company, project, technical, commercial, attachment, source-page and campaign information that you provide through an RFQ. A unique reference and processing status are stored for follow-up and audit.
Why and with whom we share it
CablePeak uses this information to record and coordinate your inquiry and shares it with the Far East sales and technical teams for product selection, quotation and order follow-up.
Optional analytics
Analytics loads only after consent. We record page context, campaign parameters and one RFQ success event; names, email addresses, company names, phone numbers and attachment contents are excluded.
Attachments and retention
Allowed RFQ files are stored in a restricted upload directory and may be attached to routing emails. Access is limited to website administrators and the designated handling teams. Information is retained only as long as needed for inquiry handling, legitimate project records, security and legal obligations.
Your choices
Do not submit confidential information that is not necessary for the RFQ. You may use the Contact page to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal and legitimate record-keeping requirements.
